Refund Policy

Every Talkguest module ships with a 14-day full refund window per Portuguese consumer law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, cláusula do arrependimento). If the module has not performed as described within 14 days of activation, we refund the entire month, no questions asked, via the original payment method.

Beyond 14 days

Cancellation stops billing on the next monthly cycle. We do not pro-rate a partial refund on the current month once the 14-day window has closed, but you keep the module live until the end of the paid month.

Fatura-Recibo

A refund triggers a Nota de Crédito against the original Fatura-Recibo, issued through a Portugal-certified electronic invoicing provider and delivered to your registered email.
