Pricing

Every module is priced per property, per month, in euros. VAT is applied per the Portuguese Código do IVA — EU B2B customers with a valid VIES VAT ID are reverse-charged. Monthly billing, cancel anytime.

Portfolio pricing

• 1–5 properties: list price per module per property.
• 6–20 properties: −15% per module per property.
• 21–50 properties: −25% per module per property.
• 51+ properties: get in touch — support@elniey.com.

All prices exclude VAT. A Fatura-Recibo is emitted for every order via a Portugal-certified electronic invoicing provider and attached to the order confirmation email.
