Talkguest

How it works

Every Talkguest module in the catalogue follows the same activation flow. You buy a module in euros, we email an activation link, you paste a scoped Talkguest API token (generated inside your own Talkguest workspace — we never see your Talkguest password), we fire one synthetic read against the Talkguest Reservations endpoint to confirm the token, and the module goes live.

Four steps

  1. Pick your modules. Twelve add-ons across rates, front desk, Portuguese compliance, owner reporting and analytics.
  2. Pay by card in EUR. Fatura-Recibo attached to the order confirmation via a certified Portuguese electronic invoicing provider.
  3. Connect your Talkguest. Paste a scoped API token — Elniey never sees your Talkguest credentials.
  4. Test call fires. A single synthetic read against Talkguest; the module is marked live in your Talkguest workspace within minutes.
