Elniey — Gestão Turística, Lda. is the data controller for personal data processed through the Talkguest module catalogue. This notice explains what we process, why, and your rights under the GDPR (Regulamento (UE) 2016/679) and Lei n.º 58/2019.

Data we process

• Account data (name, email, VAT number) for billing.
• Talkguest reservation data, strictly limited to what each module needs.
• Support-conversation content.

Data we never see

• Your Talkguest password.
• Payment card data (handled by Stripe under PCI DSS).
