M-03 · PMS Sync Sentinel for Talkguest. A quiet watchdog for Talkguest sync jobs — channel manager pushes, OTA rate updates, availability writes. If a sync fails, you know within 90 seconds via SMS, WhatsApp Business or Opsgenie.
The Sentinel polls the Talkguest sync-status endpoint every 45 seconds. When a job errors, the module opens a ticket in your incident tool, pages the on-call engineer, and posts a plain-language explanation («Talkguest push to Booking.com timed out at 02:14:07») into your ops channel.
