M-07 · Group Enquiry Router for Talkguest. Turns wedding-party, corporate-retreat and villa-collection enquiries into structured Talkguest blocks — with a hold, a follow-up sequence and a manager sign-off flow.
Group emails hit a routing address. The module parses the arrival date, party size and rooms requested, checks Talkguest availability, holds a soft block, and replies to the enquirer with a Portuguese/English quote and a 72-hour hold expiry. If the group signs, the block converts to reservations in Talkguest; if not, the block releases automatically.
Built for the manager who runs a 12-villa collection out of Loulé and cannot afford to lose a wedding party to a rival.
