Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies between Elniey — Gestão Turística, Lda. (the Processor) and the customer (the Controller) whenever a Talkguest module processes personal data on the Controller’s behalf. It is a schedule to the Terms of Service and is governed by the GDPR (Regulamento (UE) 2016/679) and Lei n.º 58/2019.

Sub-processors

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing (EU).
  • Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL — hosting, eu-west-1 (Ireland) and eu-west-3 (Paris) failover.
  • Moloni / InvoiceXpress — Portugal-certified Fatura-Recibo emission.
  • Opsgenie (Atlassian) — on-call paging for PMS Sync Sentinel.

Data location

All personal data is processed inside the EU. No transfer to non-EU jurisdictions. Contact the DPO for the current list of sub-processors: dpo@elniey.com.
