Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Talkguest module catalogue operated by Elniey — Gestão Turística, Lda. (NIF PT 514 829 301, Rua Garrett 5, 1200-204 Lisboa). By subscribing to any module, you accept these terms.

Service

Elniey provides third-party modules that integrate with Talkguest PMS through the official Talkguest API. Elniey is not affiliated with the operator of the Talkguest PMS; we are an independent catalogue for Talkguest operators.

Billing

Modules are billed monthly in euros. Portuguese VAT applies per the Código do IVA; EU B2B customers with a valid VIES VAT ID are reverse-charged. Fatura-Recibo is emitted through a Portugal-certified electronic invoicing provider.

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation stops billing on the next cycle. Under Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014 you have a 14-day full refund window if a module has not performed as described.

Governing law

Portuguese law. Foro da Comarca de Lisboa.
