What exactly is a Talkguest module?

A small, single-purpose add-on that reads or writes through the official Talkguest API. Talkguest stays your PMS; a module just automates one job around it.

How does activation actually work?

You paste a scoped API token from your Talkguest workspace into the activation screen. We fire one synthetic read against Talkguest to confirm the token, and the module goes live.

Do you ever see my Talkguest password?

Never. We only handle scoped API tokens. The Talkguest password never leaves your Talkguest workspace.

What about Portuguese VAT and RNAL?

Elniey — Gestão Turística, Lda. is registered in Portugal (NIF PT 514 829 301, CAE 55201), holds RNAL n.º 214/AL and is registered with the CNPD (15.487/2024).

Can I cancel mid-month?

Yes. Cancellation stops billing on the next cycle.

What is your support SLA?

2 hours weekdays 09:00–19:00 WET, 8 hours weekends.
