About Talkguest

Talkguest is an independent catalogue of third-party modules for the Talkguest PMS, operated by Elniey — Gestão Turística, Lda. — a Lisbon-registered vacation-rental management operator (NIF PT 514 829 301, RNAL n.º 214/AL). We build, sell and support a small stack of modules that plug into your existing Talkguest tenancy through the official Talkguest API.

We do not resell Talkguest, we do not replace Talkguest, and we do not claim any official affiliation. Talkguest is your PMS; our modules are the extra layer around it — SEF Boletim filing, Fatura-Recibo emission, owner statement reconciliation, rate automation, OTA reconciliation and analytics.

Why an independent shop?

Because coastal Portugal has its own operating rhythm — Algarve villa season, Lisbon shoulder months, Sintra weekends, Douro harvest weeks — and the generic Talkguest configuration does not always match. We started building modules for our own portfolio, and shipped the ones our neighbours kept asking to borrow.
