A rules-driven rate engine that watches your compset and Talkguest booking pace, then pushes updated BAR and package rates back into Talkguest overnight — so the rates on Booking.com, Airbnb and VRBO at 08:00 already reflect what happened yesterday in the Algarve, Lisbon or the Douro.
Every night at 02:00 WET the module reads current occupancy, pickup pace and remaining inventory from Talkguest. It compares the numbers against your rate rules — floor, ceiling, midweek, weekend, high-season, festival days — and posts an update to the Talkguest Rates endpoint. Every change is logged with a plain-language reason («pickup 40% above forecast → +€12») so your revenue manager can review the delta in a morning email rather than deciding thirty rate cells by hand.
Authenticates via a scoped Talkguest API token — Elniey never sees your Talkguest password. Sits alongside Talkguest PMS, does not replace it, and can be paused from the Talkguest modules dashboard in one click. Monthly billing in euros, VAT invoice attached, cancel anytime; the first month runs in shadow mode so you can compare recommended rates against what you would have set yourself.
